There is no doubt about it: Women around the world are changing the way we look at what is possible, and they are doing it in ways that may have gone unnoticed before. .

Since 2007, Conversations Magazine has worked to spotlight women who are making a difference as well as those who are showing by example what others can do if they are willing to put forth the work and not give up. This year we are recognizing amazing women who are showing us all what it takes to rise and thrive.
